The only way that a course can be organized outside of Poland is, if someone or a group of people organize a place and time as well as a number of people interested in undertaking such a task. Than, we can make arrangements to take the time necessary to complete such a course outside of Poland.

The YUMEIHO therapy training course includes:

*The course ends with an exam conducted in two parts:

– theoretical (test),

– practical.

Scope of individual segments:

Yumeiho consists of deep tissue massage techniques performed in a special, original way, which we call “osatsu” and techniques separating the surfaces of the synovial joints called “seitai” or “ajasta”. All techniques are arranged together in a precise sequence, called “kata”.

1 DAN (beginner 1)

The course duration is 5 days, 6 hours each, plus 5x 2 hours of individual training to be used after the end of the course.

The course program includes learning all osatsu techniques arranged in a kata sequence. This does not include seitai techniques, which in kata are replaced only by preparation and position for their performance.

*The weekend course is 3 meetings (Saturday-Sunday) at least 2 weeks apart.

2 DAN (Beginner 2)

The course duration is 5 days of 6 hours plus 5x 2 hours of individual training to be used after the course.

This course can be started after a minimum period of one month from the completion of the 1 DAN course.

The course program includes perfecting osatsu techniques and learning seitai techniques on the synovial joints, excluding the sacroiliac, hip and intervertebral joints of the cervical spine.

*The weekend course is 3 meetings (Saturday-Sunday) at least 2 weeks apart.

3 DAN (therapist)

The course duration is 5 days of 6 hours.

This course can be started after a minimum period of three months from the completion of the 2 DAN course.

The course program includes perfecting all previously learned techniques, learning the remaining seitai techniques (sacroiliac joints, hip joints, cervical intervertebral joints), all additional techniques, hip joint release techniques and the broad theory of Yumeiho therapy. Specific disease cases, contraindications to therapy, various forms of application and useful tips are also discussed.

*The weekend course consists of 3 meetings (Saturday-Sunday) at least 2 weeks apart.

All courses end with an exam and (after a positive exam result) with the issuance of an official, registered Japanese diploma confirming the awarding of the DAN degree.

In all weekend courses, exercises are performed independently between sessions.

In the Rzeszów training (Monday to Friday) there is more practice than in the weekend courses. Students also have additional hours (free of charge) for further training. In weekend courses, participants provide themselves with additional practice on their own during breaks between meetings.
